At Toi Manawa Studios, every artwork is created with care and attention. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us, so please read the following information about production, shipping and returns.

Handcrafted to Order

Our tukutuku panels are individually handcrafted to order.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. This timeframe does not include delivery.

As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations may occur, making every artwork unique.

Shipping within New Zealand

We currently offer shipping throughout New Zealand at a flat rate of NZ$20 per order.

Orders are carefully packaged to help protect your artwork during transit.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at toi.manawa.studios@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible so we can assist you.

Returns & Refunds

Because our tukutuku panels are handcrafted to order, we do not generally accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind once production has begun.

However, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

If your artwork is faulty, damaged or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand law.
